Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for tourists, but the slightly outdated building and lack of room temperature control may be minor drawbacks. The service excels in responsiveness and going the extra mile, though TV reception inconsistency is a puzzle. The dining is a highlight with made-to-order eggs, but additional kitchenware could have enhanced the stay. Overall, a decent option if seeking work-related accommodation.
The hotel had some drawbacks like old-looking rooms that were not clean enough and too warm for comfort. The staff at the reception area could explain the TV reception discrepancy and the noise was bothersome, but there were positive aspects as well.
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. While the rooms were smaller than expected and in need of some serious cleaning, they were still better than what you'd find in your average 3-star hotel. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to assist and provide local information. The location was a major highlight, offering a great view of the Angel de Independencia and surrounded by convenient dining options. The dining experience was enjoyable, with delicious food served by friendly staff. The facilities were adequate, although some updates are definitely needed.
